About the Role 

NextBranch is seeking a driven, results-oriented territory sales representative to grow our footprint with banks and credit unions. This is a quota-carrying role where success is measured by your ability to consistently identify opportunities, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships. 

 The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who thrives in B2B environments, understands how to navigate complex decision-making teams, and is motivated by exceeding goals.  

 We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who will work hard and contribute their talents. The desired candidate must work well in teams, have a positive attitude, possess good communication skills, ability to learn new skills, proficient with Microsoft desktop software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc), and demonstrate a commitment to deliver quality service to our customers. 

 

Responsibilities 

·        Prospect and close new business with banks and credit unions in your territory. 

·        Manage a full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, and closing. 

·        Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. 

·        Accurately forecast and report on sales performance. 

·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through implementation. 

·        Attend industry events within assigned territory.

Requirements 

·        In-office work Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00. 

·        1+ year of successful B2B sales experience (financial services or technology preferred). 

·        Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed a sales quota. 

·        Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. 

·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

·        Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). 

·        Ability to travel within territory as needed, but travel will be limited. 

·        Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
