Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to assist our growing companies. The desired candidate must work well in teams, have a positive attitude, possess excellent communication skills, be proficient with desktop software applications and have a desire to learn new things.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scripts, applications, and software to support new and existing ATM/ITM fleets.
  • Configure and/or reimage ATM/ITM hardware solutions for new and existing terminals.
  • Work effectively alone or as part of a team – assisting and mentoring junior staff to develop solutions.
  • Participate in continuing process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other IT departments including network providers and other third party IT organizations to support current and new customer ATM programs.
  • Actively participate in and manage ATM staging department to ensure that new ATMs/ITMs are staged appropriately and adhere to quality control goals.
  • Own/Support/resolve Level 3 software and technical issues to support field operations.
  • Provide high level customer support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable guiding clients and/or third party vendors by explaining equipment functionality and helping them feel confident using the systems.
  • Travel – as required to support onsite activities such as customer installations.

Education

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering and/or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 8+ years’ experience in ATM software and hardware, preferably Hyosung ATM/ITM equipment.
  • 6+ years’ experience of ATM technology infrastructure: including ATM/ITM Terminal Software, ATM Security, operation of ATM software platform management tools. A strong candidate should understand how hardware integrates with software, and be comfortable with hands-on tasks like troubleshooting, repairs, and using tools effectively.
  • 5+ years’ experience in ATM server applications and extensive knowledge of the computers that run the client ATM/ITM applications.
  • Coding experience – XML
  • Experience working with ATMs in a Lab or Production setting, having engaged in terminal software and hardware setup/troubleshooting.
  • Experience of managing Windows-based Desktop solutions.

  • Proficient with MS Suite tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Must be flexible, able to work outside of normal hours to support escalations.
